Hot sandwich with red pepper, tomatoes and mozarela

Hot sandwich with mozzarella, tomatoes and red peppers. Very easy to prepare and very tasty. Use a wholemeal bread and cut the red pepper and tomatoes into slices. Then add some grated mozzarella on top and bake for 10 minutes. You can serve as a snack or meal. A sandwich has about 170 calories.
