HEALTHY AND TASTY FOOD.

THE FOOD CHANGES I MAKE EVERY DAY HAVE BROUGHT ME A BALANCE THAT ALWAYS WANTED. THIS BREAKFAST IS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE BECAUSE IT IS VERY NUTRITIOUS AND GIVE ME ENERGY FOR MANY HOURS : POSH EGGS WITH TOAST AND A DICED TOMATOES ,COFFEE WITH OAT MILK AND 1 TEASPOON BROWN SUGAR.
