Zucchini meatball.

2 zucchini
2 eggs
40g low fat cheese
4 tablespoons wholemeal flour
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
optional green dill
salt and pepper to taste.

Chop the courgette with a mincer or a food processor and squeeze it well with your hands. Chop the rest of the cheese, onion, garlic and dill ingredients, add the 2 eggs and 4 tablespoons of flour and mix all the composition. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then with the help of a spoon we put the composition in a tray lined with baking paper and put them in the hot oven for 25 minutes or until they turn brown. It can be served cold or hot, with yogurt or a light sauce. Have a good appetite and don’t forget to be grateful for everything the Universe has to offer every day.🤗🤗
