Another food that is good for your soul and body is red lentil soup with sweet potatoes. One of my favorite foods. It is very easy to prepare and super tasty.

250g of red lentils

2 onions

2-3 sweet potatoes

a teaspoon of salt,black pepper parsley or coriander. 

Wash the lentils well and cut the vegetables into large pieces. It doesn’t matter the size because it gets feverish anyway. Put the lentils, vegetables and a teaspoon of salt in a pot, over which we pour water three quarters of it. Let it boil for about 40 minutes until the water drops to half. Then crush the vegetables with a blender. You can season with parsley, blackpepper or coriander. it can be served with toasted brown bread..Enjoy and eat this delicious soup with your loved ones.
