500g minced turkey meat

1 onion

1 carrot

2 eggs

garlic 3 pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs



  Chop the onion and carrot and sauté them in the 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Then add the meat, stir and leave on the pan for 5 minutes. Wait for it to cool and add 2 eggs and the 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste in the mixture. Then we give them a round shape and put them in the oven in a tray lined with paper for 20-25 minutes or until they become slightly brown. They can be served cold or hot and I assure you that they are delicious. A delicious dish that you can serve for lunch or dinner as well.
