Spinach omlete with parmesan

150g spinach,
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons olive oil,
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
2 medium mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste

Put the spinach in a hot pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook for 3 minutes.
Mix 2 eggs like an omelette and put in the pan over the spinach. Cook for a few minutes on each side and add the 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese on top.
