When you feel that your life seems to be blocked or that your mental health is not what you wanted it to be, then it’s time to breathe and read Louise Hay’s book “You Can Heal Your Life.” This book once again showed me how to love and give myself time to heal my trauma. He also taught me the power of affirmation. In my journey to heal my body and mind, I have sometimes forgotten how strong my daily affirmations are.
However, every time I asked the universe to help me, the only solution that worked for me was to pray and continue with my statements until I felt better. So when you feel depressed, continue with your daily statements and don’t give up, because the Universe is always close to us to help and guide us. Trust in the process of life and enjoy every present moment and your life will be reborn. Be kind to yourself and don’t forget that every change starts with you.
